You’d be living with two other 23-year-olds — one guy and one girl. The flat is shared between the three of us.
The tenancy is for 12 months. If all three current tenants decide to leave, the tenancy can then move to a month-to-month arrangement.
West Ham is incredibly convenient for getting around London, with excellent Tube and transport connections, and being only a 5-minute walk from the station makes commuting super easy.
