I am Yun, living the nice and big double room. Sadly, I will move out in May because I will be away from London for a while. You can move in here after 20th of May maybe. The moving date can be negotiable.
There are some bill included (Water, Heating) and you need to pay for Internet and Electronicity (every 3 months, usually 20-30pounds per 3 months for a person). So you can think average bill per month is 20 pounds.
