We have a room available in our house in West Hampstead.

The room is spacious with high ceilings. There is space for a desk if you need to work from home.

The room comes with double bed and built in wardrobes. You'll be sharing a bathroom with two other people. The bathroom has a shower, a bath, and a huge mirror. This room is available straight away.

Both rooms had brand new windows installed last year, so they're well insulated.

The rooms face the back of the house and so are quiet and away from street noise.

This is a seven person house but we have plenty of space so it doesn't feel like it!

We have a very spacious kitchen and living room, which have both been recently repainted. The TV in the living room comes complete with Netflix, Prime, and Disney+, and we are always up for a film night! We have a lovely big garden to relax in and have a glass of wine when spring and summer come back around.

The back garden also has off street parking for one car.

Bills are not included. Council tax is usually ~£32 per person per month. Gas, water, electric, and broadband vary depending on the season but in summer are around ~£30 per person per month and in winter ~£50 per person per month.

We're a mixed bag of professionals, covering the science charity sector, education, hospitality and more. We enjoy our own space but will get together to eat meals and socialise.

We're a 15 min walk away from Hampstead Heath so you can get some good exercise an long walks in! There are plenty of lovely shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby on West End Lane with some amazing takeaways.

There are also lots of transport links that get you into Central London in under 20 mins; we are within a 10 min walk of the Jubilee Line, Thameslink, and London Overground. Buses also run direct to Waterloo, Brent Cross, and Oxford Street and there is a bus stop on the street outside.
