Hello! Looking for a flatmate to move into my two bedroom flat in West Hampstead on 5th May.
There is a double room with an en-suite (shower/toliet) and open plan living/kitchen area.
The flat is situated on the first-floor of a recently-converted Victorian property on a quiet residential road in Fortune Green.
It's walking distance to West Hampstead train station (10-12 min) and West Hampstead and Kilburn tube stations (14 min). It’s also nearby a Little Waitrose and Tesco (6 mins).
A bit about me:
I’m 28 years’ old and work for a PR agency in Farringdon. I'm currently hybrid working - from home twice a week and in the office three times.
During the week, I am pretty busy with work/seeing friends, but I do like staying in every now and then to cook/watch TV. I’m easy-going and sociable and looking for someone who I can easily chill with, but at the same time have our own space and lives going on.
Rent: £1,400 (bills included)
