The lodger’s room is a quiet, bright, and exceptionally spacious south-facing room with high ceilings and abundant natural light, enhanced by Victorian bay and sash windows.

At around 25m², the studio-sized room is significantly larger than the average London double room (typically between 11–14m²).

The kitchen/co-living space and bathroom are shared. The room comes fully furnished with:

Bedding (duvet, linen, pillows), towels, and kitchen utensils are all provided — you can literally move in with just a suitcase.

4 minutes’ walk to Thameslink

From Thameslink, you can reach St Pancras / King’s Cross in under 10 minutes and Gatwick Airport in around an hour.
