I have a big, bright spare room available now for a short-term let (negotiable) Mon-Fri basis- max 3 nights/week. It is a quiet flat, perfect for a clean and considerate working professional who values peace and independence as I do.

The room is a generous 5x5 meters and comes fully furnished.

The flat is on the top floor (don’t worry, there’s a lift) and has a shared kitchen and bathroom.
You’d be sharing with myself, I am a working professional, considerate, and respectful of each other’s space. I work long hours, so I’m looking for someone who’s similarly independent and mindful. Oh, and I also have a small dog who’s very well-behaved!

Zone 2:
5 min walk to West Hampstead Tube Station on Jubilee Line and Overground to Stratford
5 min walk to Kilburn High Road Overground (towards Euston)
8 min walk to West Hampstead Thameslink station (Gatwick, Luton)
Bus Lines 328, 139, 189, C11.

The area is great, with shops like M&S and Sainsbury’s, a gym, and lots of bars and restaurants all within 5 minutes’ walk.

Ultrafast WiFi and all bills are included (except the TV licence).
