Room - Large double room with shared bathroom between 2.

House - 4 double bedrooms (2 with en suites), 1 shared bathroom with toilet, 1 small toilet, large kitchen / living room and roof terrace with a BRILLIANT view!

Travel - There’s tube, overground and Thameslink all within a 10 min walk, and we are within a 35 min walk of Hampstead Heath 🌳

Monies - Rent is ~£820 a month. Bills (internet, gas, electric, tv licence, council tax) usually about £80/90 a month, maybe a little more in the winter because of heating. Water bill is included in rent.

Contract - Deposit is approx £925, with an extra £25 change in tenancy fee

You will be living with Jess (29), Drew (30) and Rupert (28). Jess works as a Project Manager in the NHS, Drew is a Software Engineer and Rupert works for a think tank.

We are looking for a flatmate to join our cozy and chilled home! If you’re friendly, tidy, and bring some niche knowledge for pub quizzes, you’ll fit right in. We’re a social household and are good friends with the neighbours - we often go to our local pub, have a university challenge night or roof drinks together when weather allows (or bring up blankets when it doesn’t) and like to throw parties together every so often. We all tend to be out a few nights a week, but we also love hanging out as a flat (we have gone on a few holidays, love a board game night and have been obsessively watching Celebrity Traitors together). We have all become very close friends, and we really keen to have someone who wants to treat this house as a home and get involved with flat activities 💙

We’ve got a great, harmonious balance in the flat right now, so we’re looking for someone who’s easygoing and considerate to fit in with this.

Unfortunately, we do not have much flexibility on these dates, so if you’re not free for any of these then it will probably not work out. Also, as finding someone who’s the right fit is vital to us, we want to meet in person rather than through video call, as that gives us the best opportunity to get to know you properly!
