Lodging in a 3 bed flat in West Hampstead.
We're 3 young professionals and a cat, all in creative industries looking for a fourth person to join us! We're easy going, love tea and a gossip.

The flat has a good amount of space with a great size living room, kitchen, 1 shared bathroom and a south facing roof terrace. The flat has its own front door onto the highstreet with local shops, barbers, dentist, and a pub 30 seconds down the road.

The room available is quiet and gets loads of sunlight as it's under the terrace. The room was fully renovated last year and will be cleaned on arrival. The room is furnished with a double bed and mattress, bedside table and wardrobe.

Ideally looking for a short let but flexible.

Room is £1,200, broken into approx £1,050 for rent and £150 for bills.
