This is a three-bedroom apartment, two bathroom second floor apartment. The flat has a spacious living room room and a separate kitchen (including dishwasher & washing machine). Double glazing throughout. No parking permits.

The room available - 1 small double room has a double bed, a fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Move in date: 25th September onwards

Looking for working professionals for a long term stay and reference checks will be done by the agency prior to moving in therefore, the tenant must earn >35k. Guarantors are not accepted and deposit is £1250
