The property is currently on the market, so there may occasionally be pre-arranged viewings. These would always be arranged with reasonable notice and consideration for the tenant. If a sale requires the tenancy to end, 2 months’ notice would be given.

I’m currently living in Manchester, so I’m looking for a clean, considerate and professional person who values having a peaceful and well-kept home.

The flat is genuinely lovely and the location is fantastic — West Hampstead station is only around a 5-minute walk away, with excellent connections across London.

Females preferred, aged 22–45. No couples, pets or smokers. References required.
