Master bedroom 1 - Lots of storage and space

My current housemate is leaving and I'm looking for someone to take over her very large master bedroom.

Located on the top floor of a great mansion block, the west facing room has tons of light and with plenty of storage. The room itself is massive (not sure if the photos can convey this) making working from home a breeze.

The flat comes furnished with a well equipped kitchen (includes dishwasher), full-size fridge, shared bathroom with bath and a nice lounge room to chill in. There's also access to a communal garden. Additionally, the West Hampstead high street is just a 2 minute walk away providing access to all the supermarkets, pubs and cafes you could want. 

Easy access to public transport:
10 min walk to West Hampstead underground, overground and Thameslink.
15 min to Finchley Road tube station.
20 min Hampstead tube station.
5 min walk 13/113 and 139 buses (runs 24/7).

Rent is £1150 plus bills which are about £200 (Council Tax  - Band E - is the main killer).
Room is available from the 16th September.

You will be sharing with me, 42yo content creator specialising in hiking and the outdoors. As quite the tidy person, I'm looking for a young proactive professional who will uphold the same standards to make this a home. Also, a big plus if you're into anything adventurous like hiking, bouldering and yoga. The building is fairly quiet with mainly families which will suit people who want a more peaceful setting. (Sorry, frequent house parties won't be on the cards).

Please note that I'm away until the 30th Augus so I can't do viewings and will be a tad unresponsive.
