1 double bedrooms in refurbished 4 bed flat share

Hi,

I have one furnished rooms available in West Hampstead –it is a small double. The flat is in a great location: about a 5-minute walk to Finchley Road & Frognal, or around 7 minutes to West Hampstead (Thameslink/tube/Overground). Also about a 12 minute walk to finchley road for the metropolitan line. Downstairs has recently been renovated so everything there is new and to a high standard. I do intend to do some work improving the garden over the next year (have replaced shed already just need to fix it up).

The rent includes all bills, and the living room TV has most streaming services set up. A cleaner will come every so often for the communal areas and bathrooms. The flat has two bathrooms, a spacious shared kitchen/living area, plus a washer and dryer (kept in one of the bathrooms to keep things quieter elsewhere).

About us:

I’m 30, originally from Warwickshire, and work as a health economist. I’m on a hybrid schedule, so I occasionally work from home. I enjoy a good night out but also like quiet evenings in with TV. I’d love sociable flatmates who are up for hanging out sometimes, but also respect personal space. On the estate there’s a basketball court, and right next door is a tennis/squash/padel club, which I’d be keen to make use of.

I live here with my fiance, who works as a wellbeing advisor in university. She’s originally from China and enjoys pilates, yoga, hiking, crocheting, dancing, and other creative hobbies. Loves theatre, the arts, exploring museums and a good cup of tea.

Our current flatmates are one guy and one girl. Ed is works in a medical lab in Hampstead and Rachel works at an event management company. Both lovely friendly people.

Guests are fine — I occasionally have friends stay over on the sofa bed in the living room (with notice), and you’d of course be welcome to do the same.
