Double Room with Balcony – West Hampstead / Kilbur

We have a bright and spacious double room available in my mother’s lovely 3 bedroom apartment, located just a 10 minute walk from West Hampstead Station (Jubilee Line) and 10–15 minutes from Kilburn Park Station (Bakerloo Line), offering excellent transport links across London.

The room is actually the largest bedroom in the flat and benefits from two large windows and a door leading to a small balcony, allowing plenty of natural light throughout the day. It has hardwood flooring and comes furnished with a double bed with a new mattress, a large wardrobe, and a new bedside table.

There is one bathroom in the flat, which will be shared with my mother. She is a very clean and respectful person, so ideally she is looking for someone who keeps the same level of cleanliness and respect for shared spaces.

My mother also looks after my 12-year-old son four days a week, as he attends school nearby. He is quiet, polite, and well-behaved. Aside from this, my mother largely keeps to herself and will respect your privacy.

All Bills included in the rent.

We are ideally looking for a female flatmate aged 35+ who is tidy, considerate, and looking for a calm, comfortable home rather than a party house.
