Modern Studio in London - July & August 2026

I’m subletting my studio apartment for the months of July and August 2026, as I will not be needing the room during this period. My contract runs until August 31, so the space is available for the full two months.

This is an ideal opportunity for a student who has secured a summer internship in London and is looking for a comfortable, extremely well-located place to stay for the entire duration.

The studio features a large window that brings in plenty of natural light, generous storage space, and a spacious bathroom—making it a perfect living environment for a student. The layout is practical, modern, and designed for both studying and relaxing.

The location is excellent, with plenty of shops nearby and easy access to transport links, including the Thameslink as well as underground and overground stations—making commuting around London quick and convenient.

Please note that the subtenant must be a student. Once you agree to take the room, you will need to coordinate directly with IQ Haywood House to complete the necessary arrangements.
