Soacious Double Room - all bills included

I'm moving out of London in June and looking for a new tenant for my room.

The flatmates are super friendly, respectful and clean. We never had issues maintaining the shared spaces clean and working from home has never been an issue either. The agents/landlord have also always been very quick and reliable.

There are a Tesco and Sainsbury's right downstairs and M&S Foodhall and Little Waitrose 5-10 mins walk away. There's also a farmer's market every Saturday on the other side of the street.

Access to ThamesLink, Overground and Underground is less than 5 mins away. Within 10-15 mins you're at King's Cross and 20-25 mins will take you all the way to Westminster.

You're also very close to various great gyms and tennis courts as well as a wide range of restaurants and nice pubs on West End Lane. Within 30 mins you'll be at the Heath or Golders Hill Park (really nice rose garden and cute deer!).

The bathroom is shared with two other people. The rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, broadband, TV licence, council tax)!
