Lovely double room in West Hampstead

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room as I’ll be relocating. The tenancy is now on a rolling contract with the agent, so there’s no fixed end date.

You’ll be sharing the flat (kitchen and lounge) with one other female flatmate.

You’ll have your own bedroom. The other room is en-suite, so the separate bathroom is basically yours.

The rent is £1,350 per month in total (£1,150 rent + approx. £200 bills/council tax).

We’re looking for someone who is:

Friendly and sociable
Clean and respectful
Female & professional
creative person (is a plus!)

This is a quiet and calm flat, and occasional guests are welcome. There is a great community feel with the neighbours. The apartment has a concierge Mon to Fri.
