A large, light and spacious room has become available in a flat situated 7 minute walk from West Hampstead tube station.

The flat has a recently refurbished kitchen with a new dishwasher and washing machine. There are two toilets and a shower as well as a sizeable lounge.

You would be joining two people in their mid to late 20s - Florence works in publishing and Freddy is an actor.

We are looking for a relaxed, kind and clean flatmate who is happy to do their own thing but is also wanting to make the flat a warm and comfortable home.

Note: must be willing to move in or start paying rent on June 6. Bills not included (normally come to approximately £150 per month)
