Spacious Flat in West Hampstead

I'm looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is moving out of our lovely, very spacious 2-bed flat in West Hampstead.

We're in an amazing location right round the corner from the station and right by some great pubs and cafes.

The flat is really big for a 2 bed with lots of space and was originally unfurnished but we've bought a lot of stuff to make it feel homely

Im looking for someone friendly, tidy and easy to get on with who's up for a relaxed living environment. We have a big living room so would be really nice to have someone who enjoys a film night, dinner or pub trip now and then.

I work in finance and usually work from home a couple of days a week so pretty flexible on whether you want to work from home

My flatmate is buying a place and so will be moving out at the end of June so we're ideally looking for someone new to move in around July 10th (with some flexibility if needed)
