Room Available in West Hampstead

Rent: £1,220 pcm (total is £3,350 but rent split unequally due to size of room)
Bills: approx. £150 pcm

You’d be sharing with me, Rebecca (25F, lawyer), and Eva (28F, customer success manager). We met last month and have become fast friends! We’re a clean, fairly sociable household looking for someone friendly and roughly our age (24–30).

The flat is in West Hampstead — 5 minutes from the Jubilee line, Thameslink, and Mildmay line, and 2 minutes from West Hampstead high street, with loads of lovely shops, bars, and restaurants nearby.

We love the flat! It’s super spacious and there are separate kitchen/living room. I personally love the windows they’re amazing. The flat is unfurnished, but our current housemate Will has offered to sell his furniture if wanted. Wills moving out because he’s been offered a job in New York!

The landlord has been great and has always fixed anything promptly.

Move-in date: 15 September 2026 (but can be a bit earlier)
Rent is due on the 15th of each month, though we usually pay around the 10th.
