You’d be sharing with me, Rebecca (25F, lawyer), and Will (26M, software engineer). We’re good friends and have known each other since school.
We’re a clean, fairly sociable household looking for someone friendly and roughly our age (24–28).
The flat is in West Hampstead — 5 minutes from the Jubilee line, Thameslink, and Mildmay line, and 2 minutes from West Hampstead high street, with loads of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby.
The flat is unfurnished, but our current housemate Daisy has kindly offered to leave her furniture behind if wanted.
The landlord has been great and has always fixed anything promptly.
Move-in date: 15 June 2026
Rent is due on the 15th of each month, though we usually pay around the 10th.
