Spacious Double room in West Hampstead

Large room with tonnes of built in storage in a lovely 2 bed flat in the heart of West Hampstead. The flat is in Alexandra Mansions on West End Lane, a quiet building on West End Green, just off of the main high street. The room gets loads of natural light and is furnished – there is currently desk in the room, but plenty of space for one. The flat has a separate bathroom and toilet, and has a separate washing and drying machine, and a dishwasher in the kitchen.

You would be sharing with me, Ellie, a 28 year old strategy consultant. I’m a very chill flatmate who loves a cup of tea and a bit of reality TV and is looking for someone sociable. I have been in this flat for 2 years an absolutely love it! The area is lovely and the location is just amazing – 5-10 minutes walk to the Thameslink, Overground and Jubilee lines, Hampstead Heath is only 15 mins walk, and the fantastic amenities of West End lane (we have an amazing wine bar, 2 pubs, a fab coffee shop and mini Waitrose all 1 minute walk away). I’m looking for a flatmate who would like to make this their next home – ideally other woman in her mid to late 20’s, but above all else someone easy going, fun and nice!

Bills not included – c.£130-£150 per month. There is some flexibility with move in date from mid- late June onwards.

We have a great landlord who is super responsive and always deals with any issues very quickly and thoroughly – most recently getting a brand new dishwasher for the flat.
