Hi everyone,
There will be a room available from the 21st of August. Rent is £1,125 not including bills. Bills are roughly £190.
Flat is a 10-12 minute walk from West Hampstead overground, underground and Thameslink. Few bus stops too so lots of transport links to get to work (ideal for Royal Free Hospital) and the Thameslink goes straight to Luton or Gatwick airport for any travel needs.
The flat itself is next to a couple of nice cafes and restaurants, a Gymgroup is next door, and a park which is perfect for sunbathing.
Housemate
You will be living with my housemate who does shift work as a healthcare professional. Originally from South America. Loves travelling, casual drinks, football, F1 and social events, but also likes their down time.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who is similar to my housemate with the above interests. But most importantly is clean, friendly and respectful. Ideally someone who is between the ages of 26-40.
