A bright, generously sized double room (~13m²) available in a modern, tastefully decorated flat in West Hampstead. The room comfortably fits a king-sized bed plus a desk, with built-in wardrobes, and two bedside tables. Floor-to-ceiling windows keep it light and airy. The flat is fully furnished throughout.

You'll practically have your own bathroom - I have my own ensuite, so the second bathroom is essentially yours.

Bills: All included except heating/hot water, which is usage-based — typically ~£40/month; couples should expect a bit more.

The flat: Spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining. Sixth floor, with a balcony and views over south and west London. Central cooling and heating. Access to the complex's gym, sauna, and steam room.

Who am I? A friendly, easy-going Kiwi female, working in healthcare. Into music, movies, photography, training and getting out to explore what London has to offer. I'm often busy with work but always up for a chat or the odd meal together, if that's your thing.

Who I'm looking for: An easy-going, considerate and tidy flatmate – ideally a working professional, or couple.

This is a calm, clean home rather than a party flat.
