Looking for a brilliant new flatmate to join our lovely flat in West Hampstead!

The Room & The House
• The Room: A very spacious, bright double room located on the second floor of a two-level house.
• The Space: You’ll have access to a great open-plan living kitchen, a big main bathroom, an additional downstairs toilet, and a lovely garden
• The Location: We are just a few minutes' walk from transport links (Thameslink, Overground, and Jubilee Line tube), plus all the local cafes, pubs, and shops.

The Flatmates
You’ll be sharing with 3 friendly, creative professionals aged 27–34 working in the music industry. We love a relaxed, social vibe but also completely respect each other's space and downtime.

We are looking for a respectful, clean, and tidy individual to join the household. Because there is a reference check process involved, we are looking to find someone asap so we can get the paperwork sorted before their move-in date.
