Hi!! I’m moving out to live with my boyfriend, so my lovely double room in West Hampstead is looking for a new tenant from late August.

The room is a spacious double and is currently unfurnished, although it can be furnished if preferred as I will be looking to get rid of my current bed, wardrobe and drawers!

The flat has two bathrooms and a private garden, making it a really lovely place to call home. It’s also just a few minutes’ walk from West Hampstead station, with fantastic transport links and loads of great cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops nearby.

You’ll be sharing with Hannah (33), who works in the music industry. She often works late evenings and most weekends, so the flat is generally calm and relaxed. She’s looking for another woman in her late 20s to 30s who’s easy-going, considerate and looking for somewhere that feels like home.

This has been such a happy, safe space for me over the past few years, and I’m genuinely sad to be leaving.

Costs (per person):

• Rent: £1,225pcm

• Council Tax: approx. £120/month

• Internet: approx. £15/month

• Gas & Electric: approx. £30–£60/month depending on the season

• Water: Included

One thing to mention is that the flat probably isn’t the best fit for someone who works from home full-time, as Hannah’s working pattern means the space works best for someone who’s out and about during the week too.
