A bright double room in a three-person flat in one of the nicest parts of northwest London. The room gets lovely light through a big sash window overlooking the lovely shared garden, and comes with a built-in wardrobe, a long hanging rail and a chest of drawers, so storage is genuinely sorted. Best part: the flat has two bathrooms, and the one that comes with this room is entirely yours.

The rest of the flat is easy to live in. There's a shared kitchen/living room with two sofas, wooden floors and two big windows, plus is well equipped with plenty of counter space, a hob and oven, and two fridges (one with a freezer compartment), so nobody is fighting for shelf space. There's also access to a shared garden. Your two flatmates are genuinely lovely and very easy to get along with, sociable and happy to share a drink or dinner, but respectful of quiet when people are working or winding down. Clean, relaxed and completely drama free.

Transport is excellent. Under a 10 minute walk to West Hampstead for the Jubilee line, Mildmay line Overground and Thameslink, with the Bakerloo and Metropolitan lines both around 15 minutes on foot. A big Sainsbury's and a big Aldi are 10 minutes away, West End Lane has great pubs, cafés and restaurants, and Hampstead Heath is close by.
