Double Room in Swiss Cottage, West Hampstead,🪩⚡️🐸

Hello!!
We have a spare room going in our gorg, spacious 4 bedroom house with a move in date of 20th September.

About us:
We’re a house of friends (currently 1 girl, 3 boys and are happy with girl or boy as replacement) and love to do stuff together. We all met at a festival, enjoy the rave scene as well as a cheeky pub garden. We like to throw the odd party, or BBQ and appreciate some good TV time on work evenings.

We are only looking for someone who’s up for being friends and enjoys a boogie or a festival as we like our house feeling like a home ‼️ We all have partners who are often around (again, all friends) so it’s a very social house.

2 of us work hybrid, and 1 wfh.
We all work in different sectors - tech, finance and creative advertising. We’re between the ages of 24 and 26 so would be looking for someone similar age!

About the house:
- 1 cosy double room, with a built in wardrobe. Quieter end of the house with garden views from the window and extra storage built into the bed. (Partly furnished, only comes with bed)
- 2 bathrooms (both with showers)
- Seperate dining room and living room (she’s a mammoth)
- Large garden (for all your sunbathing needs this summer)
- Monthly rent is £1185, not including bills which are just over £100 a month. We are due a rent increase of maximum £40 pp in September but we’re trying to battle it down a bit.
- We live in Swiss Cottage - a 10s walk from Swiss Cottage tube station (jubilee, night tube)
- We’re also within 5 min walking distance to West Hampstead overground, and 10 mins to Finchley Road station)
- The area is amazing - 12 min walk to Primrose Hill, 20 min walk to Hampstead heath, corner shop less than 2 mins away, and a high street full of shops and restaurants just around the corner. The local pub (our holy grail) also does a pint of Guinness for less than £6.
