Hey! We are seeking a young professional to join a friendly houseshare in Kilburn/West Hampstead area from the 2nd September.

Excellent location with Kilburn High Road just a short walk away, offering plenty of supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pubs and everyday amenities. Kilburn Jubilee Line station and Brondesbury Overground are both within easy walking distance, with excellent connections into Central London and beyond. West Hampstead Is also within 12 minutes walking distance offering further transport connections including Thameslink. The flat is located on a quiet residential road🥰

The room comes fullyfurnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, storage space and a wardrobe. The flat has a spacious communal living room and kitchen as well as two bathrooms.

Bills come to around 115 per month.

You will be living with Julia and Liam. Julia (23, American) works at an office-based transport consultancy and Liam (22, from Newcastle) is an NHS nurse who works roughly 3-4 days a week. They met through a mutual friend and like to chat/have dinner but also have their own lives and respect each others space. Seeking a calm, social and clean housemate with a sense of humor who will respect the space, help pull hairs out of the sink etc! LGBTQ friendly is also a must.

The deposit for the room is £1076 (spareroom won't allow me to add this!).

No students unfortunately due to council tax.
