Large double room in very well-kept two bed

I’m looking for a new flatmate for my two bedroom flat in West Hampstead.

The room is a large double overlooking the garden. The flat is modern and in very good condition, with a modern kitchen, living room and bathroom. There’s also a very good-sized private garden.

It’s right in the centre of West Hampstead on a very desirable street, a couple of minutes from the cafés, restaurants, shops, pubs and bars. West Hampstead tube, Overground and Thameslink are all around a five minute walk away.

A bit about me: I’m a journalist and TV producer, so work can be pretty busy. I run quite a lot and have my first marathon coming up, so I’m currently clocking up plenty of miles. Outside of that, I like going out for dinner and drinks, going to the cinema and seeing friends and family.

I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy, friendly and has their own life and social circle. I’d like to live with someone I get on with and can have a laugh with, whether that’s going for a drink, getting some food or watching something at home. Equally, we’ll both have our own things going on.

I really love living here and think it’s a great flat, so I’m keen to find someone who will enjoy it as much as I do. I want it to feel like home for both of us, and for you to feel comfortable making the general spaces your own too.
