Current set up

A large double room with your own en suite is available in our lovely three-bedroom flat in West Hampstead for a sublet from late October until February (dates are slightly flexible).

I've lived here for over five and a half years and honestly wouldn't be leaving if I wasn't moving back up north!

We're looking for a female sublet. We've lived together for years and have become genuine friends - it's a relaxed, welcoming, family-home kind of vibe. We enjoy the occasional takeaway, cooking together, movie nights and trips to Hampstead Heath which may or may not end up in a pub! The flat is perfect for anyone who wants a base to explore London over a few months while they find their feet or for someone who is studying short term.

The room
- Large double bedroom (the biggest room in the flat). There is currently a double bed which can be used as a single or double
- Private en suite bathroom with a bath and LOTS of storage
- Top floor location, so it's quiet and private
- Lots of natural light and plenty of storage

The flat
The flat has a huge living room with loads of sofa space and a dining table that's perfect for dinners, games or working from home.
The kitchen is spacious with lots of cupboard storage, and we happily share cookware, crockery and kitchen appliances, so you don't need to arrive with much.
The flat sits at the back of the building, making it surprisingly peaceful. We have lovely neighbours, a shared car park and a relaxed landlady and agents.
Please note some of the pictures of the flat are slightly out of date. The sofas now all have a pink sofa covering and we have painted a lot of furniture and 'girlied' the flat up a bit!

The location
West Hampstead is one of those places that's really easy to fall in love with.
- Around a 5 minute walk to the Jubilee line
Around 7 minutes to both the Overground and Thameslink
- Several bus routes nearby, including one directly into central London from outside the building
- Surrounded by brilliant independent cafés, restaurants, pubs and a fantastic Saturday farmers' market
We're also within walking distance of Hampstead Heath and the ponds - we're all-year-round swimmers and spend a lot of time there!

Who you'll be living with
You'll be living with Aisling (28) and Orla (28). Aisling and Orla are both Irish friends and are incredible to live with! Aisling is an occupational therapist and Orla works in sports events. They are both kind, easy-going and love making the flat feel like home. They're also partial to a Guinness down the local and having some craic!

- Sublet is from late October until February, with some flexibility around the exact dates
- The flat is on the top floor, with one flight of stairs to the flat and another to the bedroom
- We're looking for a female housemate aged around 26-34
- LGBT+, neurodivergent and POC friendly
