🚫 Please Note:
This flat may not be suitable if you love baths and hate stairs. There is only one 'bathroom', and it has a shower but no bath. The flat is on the 3rd floor without a lift. Council tax and all other bills are included.

🤝 About Me:
I'm the live-in landlord and work in the tech industry. I often stay with my girlfriend, so in practice I'm only at the flat occasionally. When I am there, I use the sitting room as my bedroom overnight, while it remains available as shared living space during the day.

I'm relaxed, considerate and tidy, and like the communal areas to be kept clean and well looked after.
