West Hampstead - room available in 2 bed flat

Hello,

My name is Kieran, I am 30 year old professional currently working for the NHS. I am looking to replace my friend and flatmate Fionn (31 male), who is planning on moving out of the Flat on the 3/11/2026 as he is attempting to get on the property ladder.

The Flat is located in a great location for West Hampsted and is a 2-5 minute walk from the West Hampstead; Jubilee Line, Overground line, Thames Link and vibrant high street which has so much to offer. The area is incredibly safe and we could not recommend West Hampstead enough to young professionals.

Myself and Fionn have loved living in this flat, the rent is very reasonable considering its ideal location, fantastic high street and great connection links to every part of London.

I have a parking permit for my car to allow my car to be parked outside on the road, this is easy to obtain via a council application.

The Flat itself is fairly compact, the 2 separate bedrooms are separated by a toilet, so the rooms do not share a wall. Both bedrooms are doubles and have good space. There is a shared kitchen and living room, myself and Fionn regularly cooked together and also watched tv series / movies - it is a relaxed environment.

What comes with the room?
- 1 x double bed
- 1 x bed side table
- 1 x chest of draws
- Ample storage space via a fitted wardrobe which extends across one wall.

I am looking for a respectful and easy going individual who can take over Fionn's room. I am a laid back individual and enjoy playing sports and socialising. I am very respectful of people's belongings and space, therefore I would be looking for someone similar.

I do have a girlfriend who does stay round sometimes. There would be no problems if the new room mate did the same.
