5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large beautiful living room with a large TV and a cute fireplace, a separate kitchen and a rooftop! The rooms are spread out over 3 floors so there is plenty of space for everyone. The flatmates (4 F) are all working professionals in very different fields.

THE AREA:
West Hampstead is a lovely area - there is a farmers’ market on the weekend, restaurants, pubs and bars, shops nearby (Sainsbury’s, Aldi, TESCO, M&S and Waitrose), and not too far from Hampstead Heath and the city centre. The flat is 7 minutes away from the West Hampstead tube station (Jubilee, Overground) and 10 minutes from West Hampstead Thameslink. It is situated 1 minute away from a bus stop with routes to the city centre. Overall, a 10-minute tube ride to Baker Street, 15-minute to Bond Street etc. There is also a cute little park around the corner.

THE IDEAL NEW FLATMATE:
As all flatmates are working professionals, this is unfortunately not a party house.
We are looking for another female working professional, 23 to 35.
All flatmates are truly wonderful and very friendly.
The house is in great condition so we are also looking for responsible people who like to keep things clean and tidy :). Chores are shared on a rota.
This is an international flatshare - all nationalities are welcome! Also, smoking is not allowed, and we cannot have pets in the house.
