A spacious room in a friendly house, where you'll share a bathroom with just one other person and have a Saturday market and three stations a few minutes from your door.

THE ROOM
- Spacious double room with three windows, keeping it light and airy all day.
- Includes a king-sized bed, desk and office chair, two bedside tables and wardrobes
- Mattress is practically new (only a year old) and comfy as a cloud
- There's also some built-in storage for suitcases and anything else you'd rather not look at.

THE BATHROOM
A big, bright bathroom shared with just one other flatmate, with a tub-shower, double sinks, and plenty of storage.

THE FLAT
- Fully furnished throughout, so you can turn up with a suitcase and settle in.
- The living and dining rooms sit together on one floor. There are also more shelves than we know what to do with, so maybe you can figure out what to fill them with.
- The kitchen is a great size and has all the essentials: crockery, cutlery, oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, airfryer, toaster, microwave, and a coffee machine (yes, a coffee machine counts as an essential).

- Alexis: 28 years old, software engineer, sriracha devotee, never says no to watching the football.
- Josh: 32 years old, works at an entertainment and sport data consultancy, pasta enthusiast, believes a bottle of wine is better shared.
We’re friendly, easy-going and good at giving each other space.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Someone aged between 25 and 36 years old, friendly and considerate, who's up for a chat in the kitchen or the odd dinner together but also values their own space. Tidy in the shared areas, and easy to talk to if something needs sorting.

THE LOCATION
A brilliant neighbourhood with a real buzz. Brunch spots, pubs, gyms and restaurants are all close by, along with four supermarkets: Sainsbury's, M&S, Tesco and Waitrose (yes, all on one street). Every Saturday there's a lovely market just a few minutes' walk away, perfect for stocking up on homemade goodies and fresh fruit and veg.

TRANSPORT LINKS
Three stations are within a 5-10 minute walk: Thameslink, Overground (Mildmay line) and Underground (Jubilee line), so getting anywhere is easy. Additionally, there are bus links within walking distance too.
