Lovely Double Room in West Hampstead

Looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely five-bedroom duplex flat in West Hampstead from 8th November! The flat itself is spacious, with a big living room and a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, kettle, gas hob, oven and washing machine.

The room comes furnished with the bed, brown wardrobe, brown chest of drawers and white shelving unit. I’ll be taking my desk and three white drawers with me, so these won’t be included. There’s lots of storage directly outside the room that fits suitcases, boxes etc.

You’ll share the shower and toilet with just one other girl. You’ll be living with four lovely girls working across PR, law, fashion, journalism and more. Everyone is friendly and easy to live with, and we love a good catch-up, especially over The Traitors or Love Island!

The flat is in a really nice location, with amazing transport links to central and north London:

3-minute walk to West Hampstead Jubilee line station
4-minute walk to the Overground
7-minute walk to Thameslink
Bus stops just around the corner

West Hampstead has loads of cute cafés, pubs and bars nearby, so there’s always somewhere to go for a coffee, drinks or a bite to eat.

It’s a great home for someone who’s clean, independent, enjoys their own space and does their own thing, but is also happy to sit down for a chat and have a sociable flat environment.

The downstairs neighbours are really lovely and quiet, and they look after the front and back gardens. We don’t have access to the back garden, but the view of it from my room is lovely!

There’s also on-street parking if you’d like to apply for a parking permit. Parking is free in the evenings and at weekends, which is handy if you have guests visiting.
