Our flat mate is moving up North so we are looking for one female to fill a huge double room in a lovely West Hampstead flat, set across two floors!

To move in Sunday 6th December.

Current flatmates 🙋🏻‍♀️
You will be sharing 2 girls - Alex (30, female, working for a local council) and Caroline (34, female, working in recruitment). We met via spareroom when we moved in in 2024.

The area and transport 🚂
8 min walk to Kilburn tube (Jubilee line), 10 min walk to West Hampstead overground (Mildmay) and tube (Jubilee line). 10 min from Thameslink station which seems to go everywhere inc. Kings Cross, Luton, Gatwick, City, London Bridge and Brighton!

Quiet leafy area, short walk to Hampstead Heath. Lots of lovely cafes, pubs, shops and independent restaurants in West Hampstead itself.

The flat 🏡
Consists of 3 bedrooms in total. The 2 other rooms are the same size.

This specific room we are advertising is larger and takes up most of the attic. Current tenant has a sofa and TV area, desk and chair - so it’s large enough to feel like a studio.

Bed, mattress, bookshelf and huge wardrobe are included.

The flat also has a first floor outdoor terrace, kitchen with dining table, large living room with another dining table and sofas. One bathroom with toilet and a second separate toilet.

Room rent: £900. Bills around £140 each.

We have a great relationship with the landlord. He is really fast to respond and fixes everything quickly. He also owns the downstairs flat where a young couple recently moved in.
