Room in West Hampstead

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I’m moving out of my room in a beautiful flat in West Hampstead :)

The flat is fully furnished, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a separate kitchen and a cosy living room. The room is a spacious double, with plenty of space for a desk if you work from home.

The flat is right on West Hampstead high street, with many cafés, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets nearby. It’s also an under 10-minute walk to West Hampstead Underground, Overground and Thameslink, so really well connected!

Your future flatmate:
You’ll be sharing with Anusha, who’s 25 and works full-time in human rights. She’s friendly, tidy and sociable, and enjoys playing football, yoga, and baking in her free time.

She’d love to find someone she can be friends with rather than just flatmates, whether that’s cooking together, watching TV in the evenings or going out for the occasional coffee/glass of wine. Equally, she enjoys her own space and would love to share with someone who also appreciates a calm, comfortable home.

Ideally, we’re looking for a female working professional, aged 25+, who’s a non-smoker, clean and considerate, and looking to stay for at least 6 months.

Rent & bills:
Rent is approximately £1,200 per month, excluding bills (around £150).
