Large Double Room in West Hampstead

We have a great large double room available in our house share. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and plenty of storage.

The house has a shared lounge/kitchen and 2 bathrooms (one of the other bedrooms also has an en-suite bedroom). We have a back yard, and a great south-facing roof terrace which we like to make use of in the summer for bbqs etc.

We're 1 guys and 4 girls, aged between 30 and 37 looking for someone of similar age to join our houseshare in West Hampstead.
The house is chilled Monday to Friday - we enjoy watching movies, series & sport etc. The weekends then vary, quiet some weekends or a few drinks on the roof terrace.

We're all professionals working in London, and we're looking for someone who fits in well with the group, and who has a similar routine to ourselves. One of our housemates has a super cute kitten who's playful and friendly, so you must be ok with cats.

The house is a 2 to 3 minute walk from West Hampstead high street. West Hampstead is a really cool place to live with amazing transport to and from the city within 15 mins. A lot of trendy bars and restaurants on the high street to choose from, as well as a small Tesco, Sainsbury's and Waitrose.
