Due to a series of fortunate events, a room will soon be available at the Loft.

The deal maker/breaker is Wilson, the four legged feline who overlords the flat and has final sign off on applicants. I’m really just a messenger.

Top two floors of a Victorian conversion. Striking & spacious living room, featuring a unique skylight offering plenty of natural light, roof balcony (summer drinks worthy...), and all the usual (new) mod cons.

The Room:

One bedroom available.
It’s a double room, not the largest, but well set up for a comfortable space.

Flatmate sought:

Flat has always fostered a homely professional atmosphere, allowing for both fun & relaxation - the intention is to keep it that way!


Strong preference for a female (for bathroom sharing comforts)

Unfortunately it’s a strict no to couples.
Rent Details:

rent is flexible - this is all about the right person. Wilson is also offering discounts for genuine cat lovers.

Right in the middle of South Hampstead, West Hampstead and Finchley Road tubes are both c8mins walk, making everywhere easily accessible. Tree-lined streets, peaceful, residential, and a very safe area.
