Double room in Mews house

Looking for a lovely human to fit into our happy houseshare, featuring two easygoing professionals - Alex (M, 34) & Ali (F, 42) - and a spirited cat called Ziggy!

Available from 23rd May is a bright, fully-furnished double room on the first floor of a quiet secure house in a gated Mews, set back from the road so very peaceful, yet right in the heart of West Hampstead. The tube, the overground and the Thameslink are all within 6-9 minutes walk.

The room has been redecorated and kitted out with new furniture, including a double ottoman bed with loads of under bed storage, a chest of drawers and bedside table, as well as a large fitted wardrobe.

The communal spaces include a kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine included), a patio w/BBQ, living/dining room, a smart, newly-refurbished bathroom (you would only be sharing it with Alex) and a separate downstairs loo.

Ideally we'll find a cat-lover who likes having a chat and a bit of a laugh, enjoys having people pop in for tea and Sunday roasts and the odd summer BBQ or Xmas drinks party. But we do respect each others decompression time too, and try our very best to keep the communal spaces as clean, tidy and calm as possible for everyone to come home to.

Alex works in lighting and events, whereas I am based in the office 5 days a week. Being the live-in landlord, I always make sure everything works! All bills are taken care of including utilities, council tax, a cleaner every fortnight for the communal areas, Virgin Media TV and Gig1 Fibre Broadband.

Sorry but this house fits 3 so perfectly on a daily basis, the room isn't suitable for a couple.
