The property has a kitchen/diner (photos coming), south facing patio with clothes line, washing machine and a gas cooker. Bathroom with bathtub & wall mounted shower. Gas central heating.

This would suit someone who is respectful, easy going and who enjoys independent living, would as you'll only be sharing with only one other (busy) person. It isn't really a social flat but it is definitely a proper home and similar to having a your own place.

A person who likes cats (one cat) would be preferable as there is an indoor/outdoor cat who enjoys the great outdoors as well as his home comforts. I am happy cooking occasional meals and keeping the property clean.
