20th Floor room with Private Bathroom

Hi! I’m 24F and a veggie looking for a flatmate to share my 2-bed, 2-bath place on the 20th floor.

The room is a good size (11’9 x 10’6) and has its own Juliette balcony. It’s currently unfurnished, but I’m happy to furnish it for you depending on what you need. You’ll also have your own separate bathroom that I don’t use, so you’ve got plenty of your own space.

The rest of the flat is open-plan with a shared living room, kitchen, and an additional balcony. It’s got all the essentials like a dishwasher and washer/dryer, plus a decent amount of extra storage space.

I work hybrid, so I’m usually working from home 2–3 days a week. I am also studying for professional exams at the moment (CFA). Food-wise, I’m mostly vegan but I do have cheese occasionally. I’m always up for a beer after work, and I’m into music and dancing.

I’m a clean person and would love to live with someone who feels the same about keeping the shared spaces tidy. I also keep a meat-free kitchen, so I’m looking for someone who is happy not to cook meat in the house.
