A spacious double bedroom close to Barons Court/West Kensington within a prestigious mansion block is available on 15 July. Share with only one other person - that's me! I'm Australian and have lived in London for several years. I'm looking for a very clean, tidy and considerate flatmate.

The room comes fully furnished with plenty of storage. Included is a double bed, two chests of drawers, two wardrobes and bedside table. You will share the bathroom, kitchen and living room with only one other person in this tidy 2 bedroom flat. The flat also comes with a washer, gas stove, electric oven and Roku TV (with Netflix).

The flat is conveniently located on the ground floor - no stairs! There is an onsite porter to receive parcels on your behalf and also provide a daily rubbish collection service. As a resident of Queen’s Club Gardens, you will have access to a beautiful private garden with tennis courts (for resident’s use only).

Close by is a large Tesco and a Tesco Express, Waitrose and Co-op. Transport links are excellent with Barons Court & West Kensington tube stations a 7 minute walk (Piccadilly Line and District Line). The overground at West Brompton is a 12 minute walk. There are several bus links on North End Road.

Rent is £845pcm with an added £135pcm for bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity, TV licence and high speed wifi). The deposit is £1,170.

My wonderful flatmate is moving back to Australia and I am looking for someone to fill her room. The flat has a relaxed and homely vibe and is not suited for parties or entertaining on a large scale.
