Hello! I’m Freya, and I work in design in London.

I’m looking for two lovely female flatmates to share a beautiful, spacious mansion flat in Queen’s Club Gardens.

The flat has a large sitting room, a dedicated WFH space, a big eat-in kitchen and two large, newly decorated bedrooms. Unlike the pics, both are furnished with good storage and kingsize beds. You can bring your own furniture if you prefer. The common areas are also furnished. The absolute highlight is the gardens themselves, with their famous tennis courts for residents to use – perfect for a game after work or a relaxed evening outside.

I’m a friendly, upbeat person and would love to live with people who enjoy making the most of London – whether that means spontaneous trips, going for a run, playing tennis after work, or simply having a chat over dinner and drifting into the evening.

This would suit you if you’re looking for a friendly, clean and relaxed home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

Because there is only one bathroom and we all like having our own space, I’m looking for individual flatmates rather than couples, and ideally people who won’t have long-term guests staying. It’s a home for people who enjoy a sociable atmosphere but aren’t looking for a party flat.

My parents will be the landlords ( hence the name Lulu), although they live overseas.

Viewings: I’ll be showing the flat from Sunday after 1pm, and throughout Monday and Tuesday. If you’re interested, please suggest a couple of days and times that would work for you this week or weekend.
