The main kitchen and front room are also available to use until the evening.

The flat is on the second floor of a Victorian terraced house, situated on a quiet one-way street with beautiful communal gardens opposite. It is between Barons Court and West Kensington stations, around a 4–7 minute walk to both, with Kensington Olympia just a little further away. High Street Kensington is nearby, and Sainsbury’s is only around a 2-minute walk away.

The room is very quiet and overlooks the gardens to the rear. It has brand new carpet, modern downlights, has been newly decorated, and includes an IKEA day bed and chest of drawers.

This room is for a quiet single person only. It is not suitable for couples, overnight visitors, parties, or someone who wants to work from home.
