Hello, sadly one of our flatmates is moving out mid June, so we have a single room available in our gorgeous Maisonette flat in West Kensington! The room will be available 12 June. The current lease ends on 1 August but you will be able to re-sign for the next 12 months if you wish!
The room is small however has lots of natural light and the flat has a spacious kitchen and lounge room.
5 minute walk from West Kensington tube (District) and Barons Court (Piccadilly and District). 12 minute walk to Kensington Olympia overground.
Sainsbury’s right by the corner of the flat and a 10 minute walk to a big Tesco at Earls Court. Hammersmith shops and tube is also a 15 minute walk away!
You’ll be living with 2 Australian gals, and one Irish, all aged 24-30.
We are a social house that likes to spend time together but can also respect personal space :)
