Due to our lovely flatmate moving in with her partner, a room has become available in our four bed, two bath house in West Kensington.
Rent: £940 a month with bills, which includes a monthly cleaner. It's technically unfurnished, however our flatmate who is leaving would like to sell all her furniture for a flat fee of £350.
About the flat: 4 bed house with two bathrooms. We have a fairly large living room with dining space and a garden! The vacant room is a south facing double room with fantastic light.
About us: we’re three gals in our late twenties who met while studying and enjoy keeping a clean and friendly home! We love to share the occasional meal and watch films together but also like our own space too. While this is not a party flat, we do enjoy hosting the odd dinner party!
