Looking for someone to move into the second room of my 2 bedroom Flat in West Kensington! (Zone 2)

The flat is very well connected with two Tube stations in a 5 minute radius. West Kensington (District Line) and Barons Court (Piccadilly line) as well as multiple options for Buses into central.

Available mid-late May, however flexible with move in date.

Rent: £1162.50
Bills: £250-300 (dependent on time of year)

Deposit would be £1240.38.

Lease has been recently renewed, commitment is until 31st March 2027.

Plan is to swap current tenant with new tenant once move in date agreed.

Large Double room, with lots of natural light. Space for a desk if required as seen in pics. I have included pictures of the room as it is currently, as well as how it was from the previous tenant.
No furniture included, however open to discussion regarding bed frame.

About me:
I have lived in the flat since April 2024 and absolutely love my little home. 🏡 I do shift work so out of the flat for most of the day unless on my days off. Looking for a likeminded gal who can do a chilled evening in, but also enjoys to go out and have a wine or two!
I enjoy my own space but would love to find a flatmate that I could genuinely get on with and consider a friend 🫶🏼
