I'm moving out on 4th June and am looking for someone to take over my room for three months, until 15th September — at which point the lease ends, and you'd have the option to either find somewhere new or renew the tenancy with the new flatmate that you can look for.

🛒 Nearby: Sainsbury's is literally a 1-minute walk away, and there's a Tesco supermarket just 6 minutes on foot.

🔒 Building: Very secure — there's a 24/7 porter at reception and a fully working lift.

👥 My current flatmate: An Indian student currently studying at UAL — friendly and easy to live with!
