I'm sadly moving out of our gorgeous West Kensington flat to be closer to work, so we're looking for one girl to take my place!

Location is great - the flat is a 2-minute walk from West Kensington tube (District line), and a 10-minute walk from both Earl's Court and Barons Court (District & Piccadilly lines). Fulham Broadway is 10 minutes away with plenty of shops and restaurants, and there's a lovely coffee shop (Blanco) and wine bar (Cobalto) a 5 minute walk away.

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, bedside table etc. The flat itself has a spacious living room, a separate kitchen, and two bathrooms shared between three girls (one bedroom has an en suite). Bills are split equally and typically come to around £100/month per person, covering gas, electricity, water, wi-fi and council tax (Band F). Deposit is £1,557.50.

You'd be joining three girls in their early-to-mid 20s from England, Ireland, and Scotland. They're friendly, clean, and welcoming, and are hoping to find someone who wants to be a friend, not just a housemate.
