A spacious double room is available in a friendly 3-bedroom flat in West Kensington. You would be sharing with two female tenants: one recent graduate and one final-year Law student.

The flat is very well connected and conveniently located:
• 5-minute walk to West Kensington Station (District Line)
• 7-minute walk to Kensington Olympia
• 10-minute walk to Barons Court Station
• 15-minute walk to Hammersmith Station and Hammersmith Bridge
• Several bus routes nearby with direct connections to Central London

💡 Bills:
Most bills are included. Water and electricity are separate and usually range between £70-£80 per person monthly.

We are ideally looking for a student, as the flat is currently council tax exempt. Professionals are also welcome; however, council tax would then apply and would be the responsibility of the professional tenant but you get a 25% from the two students.

We are looking for someone clean, respectful, and interested in staying long term.
